What’s my practice even worth? Your practice value depends on your annual profit (not just how much money comes in), how well you keep clients, your assets like your website and brand, and any special programs or materials you’ve created.

Is there a way to reduce my hours but keep the business running? You’ll need to build a management team that doesn’t need you for daily decisions. Hand off leadership responsibilities, both clinical and business tasks. Create systems and processes that work on their own.
