Eva Matela Kogut is a Chicago family law attorney who focuses on collaborative divorce, mediation, and alternatives to traditional litigation. With experience beginning in personal injury law, she now exclusively practices family law, handling matters from prenuptial agreements to complex custody disputes.

A trained mediator and leading advocate for the collaborative process, Eva serves as co-chair of Collaborative Divorce Illinois’ Training and Education Committee and regularly presenting to legal and mental health professionals. Eva holds a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and is committed to helping clients resolve family law issues through education and client-centered approaches.

Erin M. Wilson is a family law attorney, with her own firm, which offers services in family law litigation, mediation, parenting coordination and as a child representative & GAL. Erin also assists clients in pre and postnuptial agreements. 

Erin received her Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law and BA from Michigan State University. Erin’s office serves clients in Cook county and the collar counties, focusing solely on family law, with an individualized approach to complex and highly contested family law cases, as well as simple and uncontested matters. Beyond advocating for her clients, Erin is active in the legal community including in the Illinois State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, Decalogue Society, Lady Lawyers who Lunch, and FLASH. She is also on parent committees at her children’s school.
