In our initial meeting or over time depending on your situation, we will unpack the goals you have, the issues you are facing and consider the work to be done as well as what will work best for you.

Once we have sense of your priorities and the type and scope of the work we hope to accomplish, I will suggest a timeline and meeting rhythm for achieving your goals.

Then, we will determine how much time you want to dedicate to addressing your concerns and set a schedule of meetings.

My hourly rate is $345 / hour. You can book individual sessions as needed, or purchase blocks of hours at a discounted rate. This flexible model allows you to control your investment while accessing the level of support you need.
Yes, I offer discounted rates when you purchase blocks of hours. This option is ideal for clients who are ready to establish a consistent meeting rhythm to support their progress, those who want to work on larger projects and those who want to build the muscle of planning and achieving their goals. The more hours you purchase, the more you save!
Any unused hours from a purchased block remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to utilize your investment as your schedule and needs allow.
Once you’ve selected on your preferred pricing option and completed your purchase, you will receive an email and a link to schedule sessions through my online booking system.
While I understand that schedules can change, I do have some restrictions:
1. Two (2) business days’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to my availability.
2. In appreciation of my time and schedule, you will be billed 50% of any appointment that is not cancelled at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled session.
3. Cancellations and eScheduling requests should be made via email or text.
4. Fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your block of hours.
