Terms of Service

1. Terms

By accessing the website at trawinskiconsulting.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Trawinski Consulting’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Trawinski Consulting’s website;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Trawinski Consulting at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on Trawinski Consulting’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Trawinski Consulting makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
  2. Further, Trawinski Consulting does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Trawinski Consulting or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Trawinski Consulting’s website, even if Trawinski Consulting or a Trawinski Consulting authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Trawinski Consulting website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Trawinski Consulting does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Trawinski Consulting may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Trawinski Consulting does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Trawinski Consulting has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trawinski Consulting of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Traction Pods

  • Registration for a Traction Pod requires a 50% deposit at the time of registration
  • The balance is payable prior to the first meeting of the Traction Pod you have registered for and you will receive an invoice for the balance by email once you complete your initial registration.
  • Withdrawals 2 weeks prior to the start of a Traction Pod, receive a 100% refund.
  • Withdrawals less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the Traction Pod, receive a 75% refund.
  • For withdrawals once the Traction Pod begins, you will receive a prorated refund for 50% of the course sessions not attended.
  • There are no refunds for withdrawals beyond the 4th meeting of any Traction Pod.

8. Subscriptions, Fees, Cancellations and Refunds

My hourly rate is $345 / hour. You can book individual sessions as needed, or purchase blocks of hours at a discounted rate. When you book a block of hours or subscribe to my retainer services, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Any unused hours from a purchased block remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to utilize your investment as your schedule and needs allow.
  • Once you’ve selected on your preferred pricing option and completed your purchase, you will receive an email and a link to schedule sessions through my online booking system.
  • While I understand that schedules can change, I do have some restrictions:
    • Two (2) business days’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to my availability.
    • In appreciation of my time and schedule, you will be billed 50% of any appointment that is not cancelled at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled session.
    • Cancellations and eScheduling requests should be made via email or text.
    • Fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your block of hours.
  • Purchase of a monthly retainer subscription gets you a discount, dedicated 6 hours per month, priority service and availability. This is a monthly subscription service and you will be charged automatically via Stripe each month. Hours do not rollover. If you wish to cancel your subscription service, please contact me directly.

All rates subject to change.

9. Modifications

Trawinski Consulting may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Skokie, IL and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
